To prepare your bespoke seminar :
- Layout of meeting rooms as you wish.
- Development of an à la carte catering service (in the hotel and/or outside).
- Activities organization – découvertes en équipe : team discoveries: our team is at your disposal to listen your needs, organize and make suggestions for your seminar.
We have many local contacts and partnerships. To organize a sea trip, a dinner on the port, a karting, an initiation or a golf course, wooden games activity, excursions… do not hesitate to contact us! Together, we’ll make your Binic seminar a real success!
The meeting rooms
The hotel offer space of modular meeting rooms to accommodate your teams.
If you wish to work with small groups or organize a plenary session, we will adapt the space for an optimal working comfort.
You will have a video projector, a paperboard, a scrolling screen, many sockets to install your equipment, a total or partial sound system and HF microphones.
The space is air-conditioned and has wide openings to the outside for a bright and pleasant space.
The catering
Our hotel is equipped with a professional preparation room which allows us in partnership with a local caterer to offer a bespoke catering service according to your budget, time and the number of participants.
We also provide you an offer for your break morning and afternoon buffets.
